Returns

At KDgymbar, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you received, please read the Returns Policy below carefully.

Right of Return

You have the right to return your product within 10 days from the date of receipt. The return applies to all products in our store, unless otherwise specified for specific product categories (e.g. products made to order, etc.).

Return Conditions

For the product return to be accepted, please ensure that the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition and unworn.
  • The product must be returned with its original packaging and all accompanying documents (e.g. receipt of purchase, product card, etc.).
  • Products that have been opened or used are not accepted for return.
  • In case we receive the product and there is no visible damage, the product will be returned to the customer with the shipping costs borne by the customer. After 10 days, the product will not be replaced and the customer is not entitled to any compensation.

Return Cost

The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer, unless the product you received was defective or incorrect. In this case, we will cover the cost of the return and shipping of the correct product at no additional charge.

Refund

After receiving the returned product and verifying its condition, we will process the refund. The refund will be made via the same payment method you used when placing your order, unless otherwise agreed. The refund process may take up to 10 business days, depending on the payment method you chose.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us directly. If your order has been shipped, you must follow the product return process according to the terms described above.

Defective products

In the event that the product is opened and then found to have a defect or damage, you must inform us within 10 days by e-mail at info@kdgymbar.gr, so that we can replace it for you at our own shipping costs (after you have previously sent us the defective product). In this case, the shipping costs are borne by us. After the 10 days have passed, the product will not be replaced and the customer is not entitled to any compensation.

Products that are NOT Returnable

Some products cannot be returned, such as products that are made to order or personalized, or products that have been opened and are not in perfect condition.

Warranty

All our company's products are covered by an 18-month warranty. The warranty period begins from the receipt of the product by the consumer. The warranty does not apply if the damage results from misuse or poor maintenance of the products by the consumer. In the event that any problem occurs with the product within the warranty period, the consumer must inform us via e-mail at info@kdgymbar.gr or by calling the company's phone number 2310 660 299.

In the event that defects occur, our company is obliged to repair the damaged part/section within 30 working days and not the entire item, unless repair is not possible, in which case it is obliged to replace it completely within 90 working days, after a prior inspection by our company. The company bears no responsibility for defects that occur and are due to misuse or maintenance by the customer.
