Test on 2 group of people
Before the release of Graps®, there were performed product trials οn 2 individual groups of 20 people (women and men, 10 amateurs and 10 fitness professionals). Both groups performed the same exercise (biceps curl) with and without Graps® for a period of 8 days (for 4 days each).
One group used it during the first session and the other during the second, in order to achieve more accurate results. Both groups used an electromyograph in order to monitor the antebrachial flexor performance and exercise participation.

All the participants had better control of dumbbells when they were using Graps® and 80% of them managed to do extra repetitions at a given time due to this better control and the extra energy that was saved in antebrachial flexors. The survey was conducted at the Neuroengineering Laboratory at the School of Physical Education & Sports Science, Serres, Greece.

If you want to improve your grip strength, you can do specific exercises for this purpose. Do not sacrifice the quality and effectiveness of entire training for grip strength. Also, when the antebrachial flexors work hard in each exercise, opposite effect can be caused (overtraining).
